Problem Note 33416: Tables split from top to bottom in ODS PRINTER output
If output is routed to any of the ODS PRINTER destinations (PCL, PDF or PS) and a table contains one or more columns that might exceed the height of a page, the table might be split from top to bottom on a page.
The current circumvention is to increase the CELLWIDTH for that column, decrease the FONT_SIZE style attribute for that column, decrease the physical margins for the document, or decrease the overall length of the problematic column by using the DATA step to break it into separate observations.
